Job summary

Richgroupusa seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a brand-new Midwest territory. You will inherit existing customers, develop a robust sales pipeline, and drive growth for end-of-line packaging equipment. You will be the second outside salesperson, building your legacy with strong backing and support.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000-$110,000, plus uncapped commissions and a car allowance. Expect 50-60% travel and frequent visits to customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-of-line packaging and robotics, including palletizers, stretch wrappers, FANUC robotics, and integration.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% across the Midwest.
• Proven success opening new accounts.
• Experience selling machinery into food and CPG customers.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers in the Midwest weekly and drive sales closures.
• Own and manage the regional territory as a standalone business unit.
• Travel 50-60% with on-site visits to customers and trade shows.
