Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a dynamic LTC Sales Manager to coach, lead, and develop a high-performing LTC sales team. You will guide field leadership, drive customer engagement, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while delivering business results.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pharma or medical sales with 2+ years in sales leadership, and a preference for neuroscience/LTC experience. This US-based role offers competitive base pay, bonuses, equity, and substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, including at least 2 years of sales management experience.
• For Sr. LTC Sales Manager: Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, including at least 5 years of sales management experience.
• Neuroscience experience preferred; prior LTC experience strongly preferred.

• Build and model a customer-centric culture by establishing strong relationships with key customers.
• Motivate and inspire the team around a shared vision and business objectives.
• Plan and execute effective sales meetings and performance discussions.
