Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
• 3 years sales experience; 1 year in pharma/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
• 8 years healthcare sales; 2 years in complex/account-based selling (Sr. Specialist).
• 12 years healthcare sales; 3 years in complex/account-based selling (Executive).
• Leadership and regional mentorship experience.
• Territory residency near designated area; proximity to airport.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC care team including physicians and nursing facility leadership.
• Promote Acadia products with compliant clinical, disease state and reimbursement education.
• Address questions and objections with advanced selling skills.
• Develop knowledge of customers, practices, and market trends; apply to planning.
• Create quarterly territory business plans within budget.
• Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement and LTC profitability; liaise with customers.
• Collaborate with sales management, cross-functional partners to address business needs.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, product launches, trainings; support regional initiatives.
• Mentor and train new Sales Specialists; share field insights.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with all requirements.
