Job summary

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer of conveyor systems, seeks a Territory Manager for the Midwest and Kentucky. The role covers most of Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky; Cincinnati/Columbus/Louisville preferred.

Base compensation around $100k with potential to earn more. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing distributor networks, and training customers while traveling up to 60% in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience preferred.
• Experience in material handling or belting industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Must be autonomous and able to work independently 90% of the time.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds; walk along conveyors; stand long periods.
• May require working in confined spaces or at elevated heights.
• Domestic travel up to 60% with overnight travel.
• Residence within assigned territory; Cincinnati, Columbus, or Louisville preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flexco with a professional, knowledgeable attitude.
• Drive sales growth across industries using belt conveyors and engage users, specifiers, influencers, and buyers.
• Conduct numerous in-person end-user calls to provide support and solutions.
• Build lasting end-user and distributor relationships to generate demand and value.
• Manage a network of distributors with joint selling, training, and inventory support.
• Train distributors and customers on Flexco products, installation, and service.
• Ensure territory spending yields the greatest sales return and remains well-documented.
