Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and executes professional selling skills, technical product knowledge, and industry knowledge.
• Develops an annual business plan with the Regional VP of Sales to meet quotas.
• Source and develop client relationships and referrals.
• Sell consultatively and make solution recommendations.
• Present proposals and RFP responses identifying solutions for customers.
• Grow relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
• Create and present effective proposals and responses.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing marketing plans.
• Local travel up to 50% weekly.
