Job summary

DataDome is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Midwest to drive ARR growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with Enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle in a high-velocity, technically complex market.

This fully remote US role offers a base of $130,000–$140,000 with uncapped commissions and accelerators, targeting top performance with a strong focus on MEDDPICC, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling to CTOs, security leaders, and engineering leaders.
• Strong background in complex Enterprise sales cycles.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to generate your own pipeline.
• Proven success closing six-figure deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow a strong, balanced pipeline within targeted Enterprise accounts.
• Qualify leads and move opportunities using MEDDPICC methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, Sales Engineering, Product, and Sales Management to advance deals.
