Job summary

DataDome is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Midwest region, offering a fully remote US-based role with a $130,000–$140,000 base and uncapped commissions. You will drive new ARR by acquiring and expanding relationships with large-scale enterprise customers.

The role requires at least 5 years in B2B SaaS sales, comfort selling to technical leaders, and success in complex sales cycles. A strong hunter mentality and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling to technical personas (CTO, security, engineering leaders).
• Background in complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow a strong, balanced pipeline within targeted Enterprise accounts.
• Negotiate and close enterprise deals with a focus on ARR growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, Sales Engineering, and Product teams and maintain CRM records.
