Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or related field is required.
• Experience in industrial or engineered products preferred.
• Background in managing regional or multi-state sales initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead distributors and sales reps to targets.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Midwest sales plan.
