Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Norcross, GA, seeks a Manager - Regional Operations Support to oversee regional customer service and operations, drive order management efficiencies, backlog resolution, and customer satisfaction.

The role partners with Area Sales Manager and Service Center Operations, uses Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for reporting, and leads a team to improve process, inventory control, and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in the field or related area.
• Detail oriented and versatile.
• Proficient with data management and strong problem solving.
• Able to communicate well on different levels within the organization and with customers.
• Able to work well on your own and in a team environment.
• Proven success leading teams in high-volume, customer-facing operations.
• Experience leveraging analytics, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages execution of customer delivery for demand and fulfillment targets.
• Manages regional sales backlog, product fulfillment in Rep warehouses, and customer relations.
• Partners with Area Sales Manager and Service Center Operations to meet sales targets and satisfaction.
• Monitors inventory levels to control expenses, minimize loss, maximize revenue.
• Ensures goods are dispatched on time to destinations and in expected quantities.
• Distributes products to maximize efficiency, quality, and service at lowest cost.
• Oversees customer order workflows and resolves shipment issues with Operations.
• Manages regional sales backlogs and identifies operational inefficiencies.
• Uses Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for reporting and training.
• Handles escalations and improves customer experience.
• Familiar with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Requires a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Develops team members, builds engagement, and reinforces accountability through coaching.
