Spectrum is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive in Los Angeles to engage business clients and deliver tailored voice, data and video solutions. You will guide them toward smarter communication strategies within your designated territory and strengthen relationships to fuel growth in the enterprise space.

You will conduct needs analyses, design compelling proposals, achieve revenue quotas, generate leads, and coordinate with account management for seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in consultative roles, preferably in telecom/telecommunications B2B.
• Experience in networking and closing skills.
• Valid and active State driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative needs analysis with prospective clients to develop tailored product solutions.
• Design and present compelling sales proposals and product presentations for small, medium and large businesses.
• Achieve monthly revenue quotas by driving data, phone and video sales within your sales territory.
• Generate leads by initiating telephone outreach, making cold call visits, and networking at industry events.
• Qualify new leads and coordinate site surveys, submitting ROI analyses to sales management.
• Maintain accurate sales databases to track activity and customer information.
• Collaborate with Account Management and business services teams to ensure seamless handoff of sold accounts and ongoing client retention.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
