U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Account Manager/Executive for its Payment Services division in a hybrid role with in-office days required. You will manage a book of accounts, drive growth and profitability, and renew contracts while serving as the escalation point for client issues.

The role requires strong negotiation, account management, and project leadership. You will analyze data, present performance results, and coordinate cross-channel client engagement to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of client management experience in the payments industry.

Responsibilities

• The Client Account Manager/Executive is the strategic face of Payment Services to the client, representing multiple business channels.
• They are responsible for the overall management of a book of accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals.
• Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance. Also serves as the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.
