Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional in the Atlanta area to drive new business with growing 20–99 employee companies. You’ll partner with clients to strengthen people operations, scale with confidence, and become a trusted advisor to business owners.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focusing on Paychex Flex and HR services, with a high-velocity sales process and meaningful growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong track record in B2B sales.
• 2–5 years professional sales experience in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years HCM industry experience or exposure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your territory.
• Sell a robust suite of Paychex solutions including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline and lead consultative conversations with business owners.
