Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees). You will drive new logos, sell Paychex Flex and HR services, and build a scalable pipeline in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, collaborating with business owners and decision-makers, and developing deep product knowledge while advancing your career within Paychex.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling Experience.
• CRM Software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required.
• Demonstrated resilience and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers
• Manage a high velocity sales process with small and mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes)
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing
