Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid‑Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses, helping them strengthen their people operations and scale with confidence.

This consultative, relationship‑driven role focuses on selling Paychex Flex and HR services, driving outbound activity, and managing a high velocity sales process to close 1-2 call closes. Build trusted advisor relationships with business owners.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• CRM Software experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline (calls, outreach, networking, partnerships).
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
