Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees) and help scale their people operations. You will lead consultative conversations with business owners, drive new logos, and manage a high-velocity sales cycle from discovery to closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional sales experience in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years of HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience navigating consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• Strong prospecting mindset with outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a robust pipeline.
