Paychex is seeking a mid-market sales professional to drive new business with growth-focused businesses (20–99 employees). You will partner across Paychex Flex and HR services, leading consultative conversations and managing a fast-paced sales cycle from discovery to close.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship-building with owners, and becoming a trusted advisor as you scale with a growing client base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales environment.
• 2+ years in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• Cold calling experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos in your territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a robust pipeline.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process for small to mid-size businesses.
• Own the full sales process from discovery to closing.
