Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a Mid-Market Sales role targeting small to mid-sized businesses. You will prospect, engage, and close deals, selling Paychex Flex and HR services. This is a consultative, relationship-driven position with growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

You will build pipelines through outbound activity, manage the full sales cycle, and become a trusted advisor to business owners while navigating a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in B2B sales or marketing with CRM experience.
• 2+ years in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry preferred.
• Cold calling experience and strong relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within assigned territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services to mid-market clients.
• Execute outbound activity to build a robust pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage high-velocity sales with 1-2 call closes and own the full process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions.
