ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Mid-Sized Accounts in Tempe, AZ. You will own a defined sales territory, manage full sales cycles, and forecast your pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver ADP’s HCM solutions.

Formación

• Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Three+ years of experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales.
• Prior military experience that focused on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality.
