Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for Mid-Sized Accounts. The role focuses on selling ADP's Human Capital Management solutions to mid-market companies (150–500 employees) within a designated territory.

You will manage complete sales cycles, forecast your pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Expect industry-leading compensation, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying outside business-to-business sales experience
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales
• Prior military experience focusing on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality
