You will target mid-market organizations (150–499 employees) within a defined geographic territory, selling ADP’s suite of HCM solutions to executives and driving strategic discussions around payroll, HR, benefits, time, talent, and analytics. You will manage full sales cycles, forecast pipelines, and leverage the ADP network to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
