Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage district sales efforts in line with corporate guidelines.
• Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet goals and forecast.
• Identify potential management candidates and report to Zone Manager.
• Oversee budget line items and expenses within district budgets.
• Represent the corporation positively to clients and the community.
• Collaborate with branch managers to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Ensure weekly activity reports and commission/expense audits are accurate.
• Lead ongoing training for sales representatives in product knowledge and selling skills.
