Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manages achievement of corporate objectives for district product lines within budget.
• Recruits, selects, and directs sales staff to meet/exceed goals; monitors forecast and adjusts.
• Identifies potential management candidates and presents to Zone Manager.
• Manages line-item budgets.
• Projects a positive image representing the company to clients.
• Collaborates with branch managers to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commissions/expenses.
• Initiates and supervises ongoing sales staff training on knowledge and skills.
