Job summary

Paychex is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead district sales efforts in alignment with corporate guidelines and to expand our client base through targeted sales and marketing programs. You will recruit, coach, and manage sales staff while maintaining budgets and reporting accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in sales or marketing, with a compensation range of $125k–$265k plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manages achievement of corporate objectives by product lines within district and budgeted guidelines.
• Recruits, selects, and directs sales staff to meet or exceed goals and monitors forecasts.
• Identifies potential management candidates and refers them to the Zone Manager.
• Manages line items of budgets and audits reports.
• Represents the corporation positively to clients and the community.
