Aufgaben

• Manages achievement of corporate objectives by product lines within district responsibilities and budget guidelines.
• Recruits, selects, and directs sales staff to meet or exceed goals; monitors forecast and takes corrective action.
• Identifies potential management candidates and brings them to the attention of the Zone Manager.
• Manages line items of budgets assigned by corporate.
• Projects a positive image in representing the corporation to clients and the community.
• Works with branch managers to develop mutual objectives and solve problems using partnership principles.
• Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission/expense reports.
• Initiates and supervises ongoing training of assigned sales representatives in knowledge areas.
