Paychex is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and grow the client base within assigned territory, driving revenue through strategic sales and marketing programs in line with corporate guidelines.

The role recruits and directs the sales team, monitors performance against forecast, and collaborates with branch managers to align objectives, budgets, and initiatives while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a positive company image.
