Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales efforts in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet goals; monitor attainment vs forecast and take corrective action.
• Identify potential management candidates and escalate to the Zone Manager.
• Manage line-by-line corporate budgets.
• Represent the corporation to clients and the community.
• Collaborate with branch managers to set objectives and resolve issues using partnership principles.
• Ensure accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission and expense reports.
• Initiate and supervise ongoing training of assigned sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills.
