Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Mid-Market Expansion, Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 200+ premier customers, drive upsell opportunities, and provide top-tier service. You will leverage B2B solution selling to grow your book of business within the RingCentral suite of communications solutions.

You will collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to maximize revenue, expand customer relationships, and reduce churn across our premier accounts in the Colorado market.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience maintaining existing customers, cultivating new business, and upselling services/products.
• Ability to explore and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent customer service orientation, in person or by phone for remote users.
• Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology.
• Energetic attitude and willingness to execute.

Responsibilities

• Become the resident expert on RingCentral services (Mobile, Office, Contact Center) and sell hosted VoIP, call management, and IP hardware.
• Develop understanding of differentiators, systems, and sales processes.
• Drive new business initiatives and help the company discover new sales approaches in mid-market.Align with channel partners to maximize revenue and minimize churn.
