Job summary

Nextiva, a Scottsdale, AZ-based leader in AI-powered customer experience and unified communications, seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive. You will own and grow strategic, multi-stakeholder opportunities across CX, CCaaS, and UCaaS, traveling up to 75% as needed to close deals and build pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and sales development to drive growth, craft strategic account plans, and deliver measurable business outcomes for mid-market customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CX or SaaS solutions.
• Experience managing complex mid-market sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Growth by acquiring mid-market customers and expanding opportunities across CX, CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI offerings.
• Generate Pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound opportunities.
• Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from discovery to close.
• Understand customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes.
• Develop Strategic Account Plans to engage executives and expand opportunities.
• Deliver compelling Nextiva solutions that connect technology to measurable outcomes.
• Manage opportunities with CRM best practices to forecast and advance deals.
