The role requires navigating larger deals, leading product demos, and sustaining high-quality client care across a growing book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience with focus on mid-market or account management.
• Proven ability to expand client accounts and drive revenue in a B2B environment.
• Experience navigating larger deals and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
• Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively prospect and deliver innovative solutions to client needs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and product demonstrations to showcase value.
• Stay organized managing demos, proposals, follow-ups, and requests.
• Master usage of CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
• Accurately forecast expansion opportunities with ±15% accuracy.
• Document customer interactions and progress meticulously.
• Embrace startup mentality and contribute to building something new.
