Job summary

Reddit in New York is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead mid-market acquisitions and nurture key brand partnerships. You will prospect, close, and manage a diverse book of business, owning revenue forecasts and ensuring operational rigor.

The role requires 8–12 years in digital media with 4–7 years in sales, plus the ability to work in-person 1–2 days weekly from our NYC office. Equity and commissions accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in digital media with at least 4-7 years in sales.
• Ability to manage a book of 30+ accounts.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into and collaborate with prospective customers to deliver company solutions that help achieve marketing goals.
• Establish new relationships, acquire new clients, and onboard them for long-term success.
• Identify opportunities within existing relationships and move them to close.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Act as the CEO of your book of business and own revenue forecasting and operational rigor.
• Provide feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to improve effectiveness.
