Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of Account Executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will shape the sales strategy for Data Cloud and Rippling Solutions, coach the team, monitor pipelines, forecast performance, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to translate client needs into measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manager experience in tech sales
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers
• Able to accurately forecast team performance
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives
• Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers' needs and mapping them to the value of Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions
• Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment
• Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
• Lead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
• Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
