Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager in the United States to build and lead a fast‑growing sales team focused on Data Cloud offerings. You will train, coach, and scale Account Executives while driving strategic deals and ensuring quota attainment.

You will collaborate with SEs, Professional Services, and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer needs into Rippling solutions, shaping the growth trajectory of the Data Cloud business.

Formación

• 3–5 years of manager experience in tech sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge vision and execution.
• Accurate forecasting of team performance.
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Assist your team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling Data Cloud value.
• Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Regularly report on team results through pipeline management and forecasting.
• Identify and recommend process, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and ramp-up of new team members.
