Job summary

Rippling is looking for a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to build and lead a team of MM Account Executives in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. You will shape the sales strategy for Data Cloud and Rippling Solutions, mentor reps, and report to the Senior Director of IT Sales.

You will coach, forecast, and guide deals, drive quota attainment, participate in hiring, and help scale processes.

Qualifications

3–5 years of manager experience in tech sales.
Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge the gap between “vision” and “execution”.
Able to accurately forecast team performance.
Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
Guide your team through strategic sales cycles by aligning customer needs with Rippling Data Cloud value.
Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts, and deals to ensure quotas.
Report team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ramping new hires.
