Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-potential Mid-Market team. You will drive coaching, strategy, and execution across Account Executives, aligning customer needs with the Rippling Data Cloud value proposition, while building a scalable sales engine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tech sales management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to forecast team performance.
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a MM Account Executive team.
• Coach team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling Data Cloud value.
• Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts, and deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Report on team and individual results through pipeline management.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in hiring and ramp-up of new team members.
