Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to lead and scale a fast-growing SMB Account Executive team. You will shape data‑driven sales, mentor reps, and align solutions engineers to close strategic deals.

Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Sales, you will hire, coach, forecast, and push monthly targets while building scalable processes. Rippling offers competitive pay, benefits, equity and an in‑office collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• An experienced sales manager with 3-5 years manager experience in tech sales.
• A top performer with a consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers (SEs) and forward deployed engineers.
• Able to forecast team performance and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Guide strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions value.
• Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Report on team results and drive process improvements to boost productivity.
• Lead hiring, interviewing and ramp-up of new team members.
