Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives for a fast-growing company. You will influence growth of Rippling Data Cloud sales, train and develop your team, and participate in strategic hiring under the Senior Director of IT Sales.

You will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with SEs and PS, forecast pipelines, and drive quota attainment while shaping scalable processes in a dynamic, world-wide

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manager experience in tech sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers (SEs), Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Able to accurately forecast team performance.
• Motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions.
• Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
• Identify and recommend process, efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Lead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing, plus training and ramp-up of new team members.
