Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to build and lead a fast-growing SMB Account Executive team. You will shape the Data Cloud sales strategy, develop talent, and drive revenue in a high-growth environment.

The role reports to the Senior Director of IT Sales and requires cross-functional collaboration with SEs, professional services, and forward deployed engineers to convert vision into execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience in tech.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as a leader and as an individual contributor.
• Experience coordinating with Solutions Engineers and services teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Guide deals from discovery to close by mapping client needs to Rippling Data Cloud value.
• Monitor pipelines, activity, and forecasts to ensure quota attainment.
• Report on team performance and pipeline health to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Lead hiring and ramp-up of new team members.
