Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives for a fast-growing, enterprise-grade sales organization. Your leadership will drive the growth of the Data Cloud sales team and shape training and ramp-up of new hires.

You will bridge vision and execution with Solutions Engineers, forecast performance, and help the team meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management in tech
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Ability to forecast and manage pipeline effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Assist team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling Data Cloud solutions.
• Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Regularly report team results through pipeline management and forecasting.
• Identify and recommend process, efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Lead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and ramp-up of new hires.
