Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Prior military experience that focused on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality earned as part of the military to build relationships, impact businesses for the better, and achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within your geography.
• Document and manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate daily with internal partners and the ADP network to ensure successful deployments.
