  • Associates receive early and frequent direct client work as part of their training.
  • The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including private and public companies, startups, emerging businesses, and international corporations, across sectors such as aerospace and defense, consumer products, electronics, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail, and technology.
  • This is a Partnership-track position.
  • The role requires a primary focus on M&A transactions, with significant hands-on experience executing deals at a law firm with a national reputation.
  • Responsibilities include drafting substantive transactional documents, running a deal team, executing deals from start to finish, and taking ownership of projects.
