Overview

• The practice focuses on mid-market mergers and acquisitions, advising strategic buyers and sellers, private companies, and investors on a wide range of transactional matters across various industries.


• The role involves supporting middle-market M&A, including buy-side and sell-side transactions for private companies and strategic investors.


• Key responsibilities include assisting with transaction structuring, due diligence coordination and management, negotiation, and closing processes.


• The associate will draft and negotiate transaction documents, such as purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements, and advise clients on general corporate governance and M&A-related transactional matters.


• The role requires collaboration with attorneys across the firm in related practice areas, including tax, real estate, employment, intellectual property, and technology transactions.


• The corporate group emphasizes mentorship and offers associates early responsibility for hands-on experience throughout the deal lifecycle.


• Preferred experience includes supporting private company mergers and acquisitions.
