A highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented Corporate/M&A Associate to join its sophisticated transactional practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to take on a prominent role advising clients on complex, high-value transactions while working alongside experienced dealmakers in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate will have between 3-5 years of experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures. The practice serves clients across a diverse mix of industries, providing exposure to significant domestic and cross-border matters that shape businesses and markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage key aspects of transactions, and develop meaningful relationships with business leaders, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
