The Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Corporate Associate (5+ years) with significant M&A experience. The successful candidate will join a diverse and collaborative corporate team and support several partners across a broad range of transactional matters.

This role is fast-paced and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting on a wide range of M&A transactions, including complex and high-value matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
• Managing transaction processes and timelines from inception through completion
• Advising clients on corporate structuring and transactional issues
• Working closely with partners and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising and mentoring junior associates and paralegals
• Handling day-to-day workflow demands across multiple matters simultaneously

Required Experience and Skills

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A
• Experience in an active transactional practice at a large or comparable law firm
• Solid experience with credit agreements and equity and debt financings
• Strong understanding of corporate and structural issues in M&A transactions
• Ability to lead negotiations and manage transactions with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work at pace and maintain meticulous attention to detail
