A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid‑level Corporate M&A Associate to join its growing transactional practice. Representative Experience Should Include

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, and related transaction documents
• Advising on partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements
• Managing due diligence processes and transaction closings
• Counseling clients on general corporate and business matters
