Doppel is redefining how organizations protect identities online. We seek a Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineer in the Pacific Time Zone to act as the technical linchpin of the sales process, blending deep product expertise with strategic sales acumen to drive customer adoption and success.

You will partner with Account Executives, translate complex tech into business value, and guide customers from discovery through implementation with trust and clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering in SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with automation technologies and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication for non-technical audiences; ROI-focused storytelling.
• Team-oriented, customer-obsessed mindset with delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to strategize deals, design solutions, deliver presentations, and answer questions.
• Lead Technical Discovery to understand environments and recommend Doppel products.
• Design and demonstrate solutions through compelling demos and PoCs.
• Own technical components of RFPs/RFIs with timely, accurate responses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to feed feedback and influence roadmap.
• Support implementations and ensure pre-sale criteria and post-sale handoffs are met.
• Stay current on market trends to sharpen Doppel’s positioning and sales strategy.
