Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineer located in the Pacific Time Zone to act as the technical linchpin of our sales process: combining deep product expertise with strategic sales acumen to help customers understand, adopt, and succeed with Doppel.

You’ll work with Account Executives to uncover pain points, design tailored solutions, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication skills translating tech to business value.
• Solid analytical skills to evaluate workflows and ROI-driven recommendations.
• Hands-on prototyping, POCs, and post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize deals and deliver technical presentations.
• Lead discovery to understand environments, workflows, and challenges.
• Design and demonstrate solutions with product demos and proofs of concept.
• Own technical components of RFPs/RFIs with accurate responses.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to relay customer feedback.
• Support implementations and ensure success criteria pre- and post-sale.
• Monitor market trends to strengthen positioning and strategy.
