Job summary

Doppel is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to serve as the technical linchpin of the sales process in the Northeast US. You will combine product expertise with sales acumen to help customers understand, adopt, and succeed with Doppel.

Work with Account Executives to uncover pain points, design tailored solutions, and translate complex tech into business value through demos, proposals, and implementations. Remote-first culture and collaboration are core to the role.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering in SaaS/cybersecurity.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with automation technologies and modern software architecture.
Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with ROI-driven recommendations; prototyping and post-sale support experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to strategize deals, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations.
Lead technical discovery to map customer environments and workflows.
Design and demonstrate solutions through demos and proofs of concept.
Own technical components of RFPs/RFIs with accurate, timely responses.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations on feedback and roadmaps.
Support implementations and ensure pre-sale criteria and post-sale handoffs.
