JD Farrell EXEC Search is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to cover Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore for a leading medical device company. You will sell capital equipment and disposables, building relationships with physicians and purchasing teams.

This field-based role requires regular travel and a proven record in medical device or B2B sales, with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Medical device sales experience; surgical/procedural preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills.
• Competitive drive, initiative and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Mid-Atlantic territory (NoVA, DC, Baltimore) including surrounding Maryland markets.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Present clinical and economic value to customers.
