BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks an Area Business Manager – Mid Atlantic to drive sales growth across VA, NC, TN, KY, WV, MD, DE, DC and adjacent states. You will lead key customer relationships, implement commercial strategies for the Davol portfolio, and collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and service teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quotas for the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, practice managers, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify opportunities and expand market penetration for Davol's product line.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers for favorable terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and report performance to leadership.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and customer service teams.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio and competitive landscape.
