Job summary

BD is seeking an Area Business Manager for the Mid Atlantic region (VA, NC, TN, KY, WV, MD, DE, DC) to drive growth in plastic surgery devices. You will build key relationships, develop strategic plans, and lead market expansion while collaborating with marketing, clinical education, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of surgical device sales experience, with plastics/reconstructive focus preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quotas for plastic surgery products in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, plastic surgeons, managers, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for Davol's product line.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings for customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and report performance to leadership.
• Attend and represent Davol at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and customer service teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Davol's product portfolio, applications, and competition.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
